General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance, adenomyosis/fibroid, endometriosis, cervix/endometrial dysplasia, polyp, pelvic inflammatory disorder.
I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo examination, reproductive hormones analysis, USG scan, PAP smear, Endometrial biopsy to confirm cause.
Drugs like progesterone pill and tranexemic acid will help to reduce bleeding.
Other treatment depend on cause
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene
Drink plenty of water, eat healthy diet with iron supplements
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
