What Causes Heavy Bleeding During Periods Post Hysteroscopy?

I had a hysteroscopy a year ago, and after that I got my period here and there, but it was basically light. Now, since the beginning of this week, I am bleeding fairly heavily. I have no cramping but am going through 5-6 pads per day. What can this be?

I really appreciate your concern, such irregular menses could be due to hormone changes although it is not the normal one, other than the menses uterine bleeding need to be ruled out which it is not the period related hope this information helps.
