In view of your heavy bleeding, you must undergo certain investigations for getting proper treatment.First your haemoglobin has to be checked to assess the effect of blood loss. Furthur, a transvaginal ultrasound of your pelvis has to be performed to exclude uterine fibroids and polyps.Rarely hysteroscopy may be needed. From these, the definite cause for your heavy bleeding can be identified and they can be very well treated. So you need not worry. Kindly consult a gynaecologist
