What Causes Heavy Bleeding And Pain Around The Incision Post C Section?

Hi I m a type one diabetic, I had twins 15 weeks ago by c section, my third c section. Had 6 courses of antibiotics altogether. Been feeling well for the past month but now I have a very swollen stomach and pain around my scar and inside. Don t feel 100% and heavy bleeding for over 24 hours now.

You need to consult your gyneacologist immidiately , as it could be a infection of c section wound. Need immidiate USG abdoman complete blood and urine investigation and admission in a hospital.
