It is causing a feeling of pressure. Also sometimes discharge comes through vagina during pregnancy. This is all normal. But, if you feel itching in vagina or outside on the skin around vagina, feel smelly doscharge, then consult your Obstetrician because it may be fungal or bacterial infection.
