What Causes Heaviness In The Eye?

My left eye feels a little heavy. It's just been one day now. My eye was slightly red earlier... But I've been using eye drops, and now it's not red anymore, but it feels a bit different from my right eye. I had only slept for one hour the day earlier.. I had also cried a lot that day..

Hello
It seems from the history that you have redness and heaviness in the eyes. Since you have slept for only one hour and cried a lot, this indicates hyperemia of the conjunctiva.
The treatment of the condition is by use of decongestant eye drops and this should come down and if wont decrease then infection of the eye in the form of conunctivitis or eye lid infections need to be ruled out.

Thank you
