Hello,

Probably, you are suffering from chronic constipation which may cause bloating or heaviness in the abdomen and pain due to hard stools. Urine pain may be due to urinary tract infection.

Eat high fiber diet and regular exercise, avoid spicy food and alcohol. Use syrup Lactulose at night after dinner. Drink plenty of water and syrup Citralka two teaspoons in one glass of water thrice a day. If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
