Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pregnancy is associated with increased levels of progesterone hormone.
It can cause decreased blood pressure, sudden dizziness and syncope.
It is normal if your doctor has examined you and ruled out other causes of dizziness and syncope.
I will suggest you to avoid standing for prolonged hours.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
Regards
Dr Deepti Verma
