What Causes Heat Sensations In Lower Legs And Fore Arm?

I m a female age 54 years old. I m experiencing heat sensations in my lower legs and sometimes on my fore arm. I m not in any pain, but it is sort of uncomfortable or nagging. I do have ajob that causes me to sit in front of a computer all day. Could this be nerves? Or a trigger to let me know I need to get up and move around more?

Hi,

From the details you have mentioned, the reasons could be of nerves, Low Haemoglobin percentage or Vit B deficeincy.

My advice is to take B complex, Vit D3 tablets, Tab. Pregabalin 50mg( daily once). Check Hb% and if low take Iron Folic acid tablets. After a month you feel better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Phanindra Dulipala
