What Causes Heat And Redness In Upper Arm And Thigh?

Hi, last night I woke up with both of my upper arms red and hot to the touch and my thighs a bit warm too. It was not blotchy, just red. No pain but hot to the touch. I put some cold water and sat under the fan on high. Eventually after like half an hour, they cooled off. This has happen before but I don t know what causes it. Any suggestions?

It seems like an allergic reaction. May be it is bed mites or your clothing. It can be anything you have to find it out yourself. You can take tablel eebastine 1 × PO × stat.
