In my opinion you should consult gastroenterologist and ask about GERD. It is disease of gastroesophageal sphincter In which this sphincter is malfunctioning so that the acid in the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause symptoms. You shouod follow these steps for GERD.
1. Avoid spicy and oily food.
2. Avoid heavy meals, Take frequent small meals. .
3. Avoid stress and anxiety and keep calm.
4. Take good antacids like pantoprazole and rabeprazole with prokinetic agents like levosulperide.
5. Go for walk after meals. .
6. Keep 2 - 3 pillows below your head in the bed. .
