What Causes Heartburn, Headache, Burning Sensation In Stomach And IBS?

I have heartburn and for some reason I get a headache at the same time, with a burning sensation in my stomach, I suffer with IBS, but strangely enough I have very loose motions at the moment, and for the last couple of days i have been urinating around once every hour. just wondering what this could be?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
heartburn, headache, burning sensation in stomach could be due to indigestions/acidity as a part of the IBS.
Ibs is functional gastrointestinal disorder without any damage to GIT.

Doctor will give following advises:
Take esmoprazole on empty stomach
Syrup mucaine
Take solubel fiber like ispagula husk. if not responds then laxative like sorbitol and lactulose will help for loose motion
Avoid spicy diet , take small frequent meal rather than large meal.
Take Sporolac sachet in half glass of water
Take sublingual vitamin B12 and folic acid, tablet dicyclomine
Increase frequency can be due to urinary tract infections:
should be rule out by the urine routine and microscopic test.
Antibiotics course is required for that.
Avoid stress and do regualr exercise like walking and yoga.
