What Causes Heartburn And Yellow Diarrhea With Nausea And Gas?

I have had bad heartburn for two months and yellowish diarreha for about six weeks. Other symp are headaches, nausea, burping up vomit, right side minor tenderness below rib cage, gas, get upset stomach about 20 minutes after eating. Diarreha-poop floats and has a foul smell. I have also seen one yellow soft pea size object filled with tiny white beads every so often. Any ideas about what this all might be?

Thanks for your query.
Noted that you have heartburn for 2 months and yellowish diarrhea for about 6 weeks along with headache nausea and burping. There is minor tenderness below rib cage. The poop floats and has foul smell.
All this history is indicative of chronic intestinal infection.
I would suggest you the following:
First of send samples of stool and blood for tests.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and supportive therapy.
If there is no results, further investigations and treatment may be needed.
