What Causes Heart Pounding, Fatigue And Sweaty Palms?

I am the mother of a 15 year old teen boy, 5 10 140lbs. I had mono back in Dec and now have problems with very rapid pounding heartbeat with the slightest exertion followed by immediate extreme fatigue though I am fit. I would like to resume sports participation but am now having this heart pounding problem. Also I get sweaty palms for no reason.

Hello
there can be two reasons
● CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE
● HORMONAL IMBALANCE specially thyroid hormone
so get the relevent tests done by visiting a physician
