What Causes Heart Palpitations ?

i read it can be caused by stress among other stuff. the past few daysi feel my heart beat and sometimes it feels like it comes in late or out of rythm. ive been real stressed out about alot of stuff for awhile. can that be causing it?

Yeah, when I had anxiety issues I had that problem. Lack of sleep, bad diet, and stress are the common reasons.
