What Causes Heart Palpitations With Shortness Of Breath?
I m 22 years old and I haven t been able to urinate consistently for two days with severe ba ck pain but I have been having running stools and last night it was bloody mucus. Today is the second day I have had racing heart beat and shortness of breath.

I think you should seek medical attention soon. Go to the ER or hospital to get evaluated because the blood in stools is a very serious problem.
Bloody diarrhea may be caused by shigella.
