General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms can be related to the exercises. Some pieces of advice that I can give to you are:
1) Coughing. Coughing vigorously for a few minutes can help break the pattern of a palpitation.
2) Deep breathing
3) Cold water
4) Increase magnesium Intake

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
