What Causes Heart Palpitations, Chest Pain, Headaches And Dizziness?
Hi am 22, 5ft6 weight 9 stone I have been getting heart palpatation,chest pain headaces, dizziness and when i yarn i feel popping in my ear, this is going on for 3 months now.the heart palpatation and chest pain started first when i was smoking cannabis but i havnt smoke any for the pass 3 month

You need further investigations.
First step will be a 12 lead ECG with a rhythm strip.
It may give a lot of informations .
Sometimes further investigations like holter monitoring, echocardiography etc.
