What Causes Heart Palpitations And Pain In Shoulder?

I have constant heart palpatations and pain in my left shoulder sometimes on my EKG it says I have sinus bradycardia. But nobody seems to think its serious they gave me Xanax for anxiety but I don t want to be dependent on a pill do u think I should seek a different doctor

Sinus bradycardia is not the heart disease but it is the physiological phenomenon most of the time it happens in a person who exercises on regular basis or athlete, else it is not the illness or any cardiac disease.
