What Causes Heart Palpitations And Dizziness?
My symptoms start ed a few days ago. My mouth, nose, and face go numb. I get dizzy, I have been having shaking attacks. And I can be looking at you and talking to you and just go completely blank. I also have heart palpitations? My dr. Did blood work and everything came back fine. Now I am scheduled for an MRI.

i understand your concern.Your symptoms are related to infarcts in the brain.you need an urgent MRI brain to look for site and size of infarct.Drugs like antiplatelets,antihypertensives and gabapentin will be useful.Monitor blood pressure regularly.Report to emr if you have symptoms like seizures,deviation of mouth,weakness of limbs,seizures.consult your neurologist at the earliest for expert management.Post your further queries,if any.
