What Causes Heart Palpitation And Breathlessness When Diagnosed With Heart Murmur?
My heart beat too fast for light activity. I m involved in sport and if I do heavy activities like running too fast my heart beat incredibly fast like I could hear the beat and i run out of breath and feel like I m fainting. I was recently told that I have a heart murmur but haven t been to cardiologst yet. Thanks. Looking forward for your reply

Fast heart beating is called palpitation and there are multiple causes of palpitation like arrhythmia.
A consultation with a cardiologist is required for complete cardiac evaluation.
associated breathlessness and fainting attacks are suggestive of involvement of respiratory tract also.
Presence of heart murmur along with above mentioned symptoms is suggestive of a cardiac disorder.
Thus, consult a cardiologist for clinical assessment, investigations and thus management.
