What Causes Heart Flutters?
For the last couple of days I've had my heart start jumping or trembling after doing something very simple like bending over, I came in took my bp it was higher than normally I laid down and in a few minutes it was back to normal, should I be concerned?

I think you have panic attacks so it's normal the blood pressure will get higher instantly and you get that feeling in your heart. Also it may be due to drinking coffee a lot. If you rule out this cases, you should consult with your doctor.
