What Causes Heart Failure In An Unborn Baby?

i was pregnant for 2 times and all these 3 times at second month i did usg and in that foetal cardiac activity was not found and doctor advice me to discontinue my pregnancy and D&C done an after that i went to another doctor they did scan and they told septum uterus and laproscopy hysteroscopy done and again i become pregnant and again i found the same complaint what can i do for this pls help me!

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Repeated first trimester abortions can be due to various reasons like:
1. Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome
2. Deranged blood sugar levels
3. Thyroid hormone disorders
4. Chromosomal anomalies.
Uterine septum is not likely to cause first trimester abortions or pregnancy failure.
I will suggest you and your spouse to get investigated for the cause of recurrent miscarriages and get appropriate treatment.
