What Causes Heart Burn And Recurrent Hiccups?

I am having heartburn everyday almost all day and I don t even have to eat. I am also noticing that I am getting hiccups on average of once a day when I eat. they don t last just a few at the time but strange that this just started occurring over the last month.

Hi,

Take bland diet, with Tabomiprazol and Unienzyme, life style change is required. Take regular morning walk stop taking hot tea and coffee refrain from alcohol and smoking. Avoid fast food and deep fried things. Take fresh fruits and vegetable. Take short meal more frequently. Do not keep your stomach empty.
