What Causes Hearing Problem With Wax Inside The Ear?

I ve been expirencing water being stuck in my ear for 2+ years. This usually goes away when I stick an ear swab in my ear. My doc said it looked like a lot of wax and I bought a wax flush kit. I am now not able to hear and it hurts. If I tilt my head sideways I can hear a bit better. It has a ringing sound

Hi,
from history it seems that you might be having impacted wax giving this problem.
Due to tilting head there might be some wax clearing drum and allows air entry so yuo can hear better.
Put wax dissolving ear drops for few days like waxolve.
After few days wax will be loose then get it removed by your doctor only to avoid injury to ear drum.
Ok and take care.
