What Causes Hearing Of Heart Beat While Bending Or Doing Something?

about 1 1/2 years ago I started to hear my heartbeat in my right ear at night when I'm laying down and everything is quiet. Lately I notice that when I bend over to tie my shoes or reach for something, I can also hear it profoundly. Is this something I need to worry about?
