General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I do understand your pain and discomfort. As per your history your problem tinnitus is more important than hearing loss, so tinnitus may be due to many reasons so to arrive at a point you need some investigations as below-:

1) Do full blood count with differential

2) Do fasting blood sugar and TSH

3) Do MRI scan to ruled out any growth inside brain

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best.

Thanks,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
