What Causes Headaches,bloating And Absent Periods?

Headaches dizziness bloating and irregular periods. January and February no period at all. March and April normal but heavy. May came on the 1st-7th heavy. Came back may 26 to - June 5th. Came back on today June 12. What s wrong? I can feel my stomach bloating and I look six months pregnant. I had a tubal ligation done about 17 years ago. Help.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concern. I wanted to know your age. If you are above 45 years then your irregular menses and other signs may be related to menopause. If you are young(below 40) You can go to doctor to have medicines to regularise your menses. All your other problems are due to irregular menses. You can take oral contraceptive pills daily for three months starting from 5th day of menses for three weeks each month. Also take iron rich diet like spinach, dates etc and do yoga for pelvic pain.
