Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

I read carefully your question and would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to low blood pressure.

Have you measured your blood pressure lately?

The blood in your stool, may be related to a gastro-intestinal lesion (hemorrhoids, a tumor, a polip, etc.). It may be the cause of chronic anemia, leading to low blood pressure.

I recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical exam and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, inflammation tests, blood electrolytes, kidney and liver function tests), a stool analysis.

A gastro-intestinal endoscopy may be needed to detect possible lesions in your bowel, which could be the cause of bleeding.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above mentioned issues.

Hope to have been of help!
Greetings!
Dr. Aida
