Your headaches, neck and shoulder pain may be related to degenerative changes of your cervical vertebral column from spondylarthrosis. This disorder can lead to muscular contractions in this region, causing tension type headache and neck pain.
I would also advise to correct your staying position, avoid staying before the computer or smart phone for a long time and use an orthopedic pillow.
Regarding the menstruation disorder, I would recommend consulting with your gynecologist and performing an ultrasound and sex hormone levels, to exclude possible poly cystic ovary syndrome or a hormone imbalance.
You should know that hormone imbalance contribute to the psychological stress, thus exacerbating your headache and neck pain.
Hope to have been helpful!
