What Causes Headaches With Blurred Vision?

I am 19 yrs old boy with 70Kg weight and 5 .7 height.I have constant pain on the head from last 1years(May 2013), my all test like Ct Scan, MRI, contrast MRI, EEG,X ray of Head,neck,vertebra column are OK.My headache is pinching type and having some time geting blurring visions/numbness also illusion/delusion/whistling sound & sound of vehicle of horns.

I appreciate your concern.

I think that it may be migraine.
As you refer, all the tests done have resulted normal.

So it is a primary headache, without any structural cause of the brain. Epilepsy has also been excluded.
The most probable primary headache with this clinical scenario is migraine.

I would recommend you to start therapy with amytriptiline or topiramate for a decrease in the severity and frequence of the headache.
