What Causes Headaches While On Nidagen During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 31 yrs old and 7 weeks pregnant. However since last 2 days bleeding started. Now doctor suggest Nidagen 200 but it cause sever head ache to me. How can I deal with this headache. Also in my first pregnancy I need not spot or bleeding occurred. What can be cause for bleeding. Also in scan it is shown that foetus is one week smaller than gestation age, so is there any worry for the same. Please reply.

I really appreciate your concern, if it is bleeding in gestational period so it can be normal one but care need to be taken for other causes like threaten abortion, it can not be taken as granted regular follow up is very important (Ultrasonography) fetal heart activity would be matter of concern here, hope this information helps, take care.
