What Causes Headaches In Children?

my child is using past 11/2 yrs using spectacles and we are going for follow up also but few days back she had c/o mild head ache she had refractive eeror problem, i went to pediatrician he advised syp.cetrazine and nasal drops he said some time cold also she had problem.but she is not that much of cold like rhinitis,sneezing.what is the reason she had head ache

Hi,

Headache might be due to the refractive error or eye strain . I suggest you to:
- Have a periodic check up of visual acuity atleast 6 months once.
- Eye exercises
- Avoid bright light. Especially, over usage of computers etc.
