What Causes Headaches, Fever And Night Sweats After Recovering From Breast Cancer?

I am a triple negative breast cancer survivor since 2010. Recently, I have been experiencing unexplained headaches, water taste like pennies again, my sense of smell is on overdrive, fevers, night sweats, and I do not feel well but nothing pin pointed other than mentioned. Do I see my oncologis or regular doctor and what is best way to communicate my concern?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are consistent with common causes like a migraine or a tension headache, as first-line management, you can try analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
