Dear Madam,

Thank you for posting your query at healthcaremagic.com

While breastfeeding mother requires double the food intake than usual. Because one you are feeding and second is to boost your health post pregnancy.

I advice you to eat more more more.

The food which you plan to eat should have fat and protein more. Along with this have lots fluids (milk, fresh fruit juice). Glucose in the fluids will boost your energey level.
Sleep and rest is equally important. Try not to stress your self. Whenever you get chance take power nap.

Hope this help you getting better and healthy. Still don't feel better consult gynecologist.

Your thank you note is very much appreciated.

With best wishes,

Dr. Vishwanath Patil
