What Causes Headaches And Tiredness With Family History Of Heart Attack?
I have a close friend who is very young 32. He is male and suffers from headaches, tiredness. He tells me when he gets home from work he takes a nap. About 5:00pm-nap for one hour. Worried since his father died of a massive heart attack at a very young age -in his early 40 s. He rarely will take so much as a tylenol for a headache.

please check his eyesight and blood pressure. These may play a role in headache. Less sleep and eye strenous work for a long time may cause headache.
You have not mentioned the time and pattern of headache. Family history has a role on it. Moreover headache may occur due to lot of factors some of which are related to heart diseases.Regular check up of blood sugar after 30yr is also recommended as its a major cause of heart diseases.
