What Causes Headaches And Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck?

Hello, For the past few months I have been getting headaches, had swollen lymph nodes around my neck and have felt really tired. Yesterday I noticed I have lots of bruising on my thighs but cannot come up with a reason for the bruising. Also, I have noticed my legs being very dry and itchy but I do not have any rash or visible skin issue to make them itchy.
