What Causes Headaches And Pain During Head Movement?

i woke up a couple of weeks ago with a bad crick in the back of my neck, at the base of my skull. it is not getting any better. it now hurts to turn my head to the left or right. and am having tension head aches. what type of dr to i need to contact?

I really appreciate your concern, crick is muscular spasm condition of (trapezius muscle ) neck muscle due to poor posture in sleep, stretching, neck rest, maintaining posture need to be first tried, then comes the relaxant medicine and best is "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
