Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that your symptoms are suggestive of kidney infection again. Fever, nausea and frequent urination is indicative of acute Pyelonephritis. Timely diagnosis and management of pyelonephritis have significant impact on outcome.

It's recommended for you to consult with a Naphrologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

Hope this will help

Kind Regards
