What Causes Headaches And Fatigue?

i Have just had a fasting blood test yesterday as i am always very tiered, feeling sick all the time, headaches, pins and needles but i have a small hard lump on my back im just getting worse with being tiered i have to sleep or i just get worse and worse do you think it could be serious?

Our concerns from HCM, The symptoms that you describe can be part of many systemic diseases like diabetes or hypothyroidism . I would require details like when the symptom started , are there osmotic symptoms like increase thirst or hunger or urination. Is there associated weight gain , constipation or dry skin . To start with better to do hemoglobin , TSH and HBA1C.
