Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You will require a good medical examination in order to first elicit a good medical history from when you were feeling perfectly well to when things started changing to the present when you clearly are not feeling right. There may be hormonal imbalances or endocrinological problems. There may be other metabolic issues that need to be discovered and addressed. Please write to me at: www.bit.ly/drdariushsaghafi with further questions You are also possibly overusing medications for the headaches and for that reason may be well advised to see a neurologist or headache specialist for advice as opposed to continuing to take medications which could be causing more headaches than curing.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
