What Causes Headaches And Dizziness After A Fall?

Hello- I hit the left side of my head very hard , from a fall about 3 weeks ago. I do not remember the fall at all but had a witness. I was very sore and dizzy the next day and my neck and shoulder hurt.. then I developed headaches. I have almost continuously-especially bad when waking up and when lying down. It is the worst headache I have ever felt. I have pain around eye and ear- ear feels full and ringing. eye is tired and hurts when i close it. Neck is so painful I can hardly keep my head up. I just do not feel right. Should I go to ER- it is a weekend and no doctor will see me. Also -facial numbness and bit of arm tingling-mainly near wrist/hand.

Hi,
Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.
It is possible that you suffered a concussion, most of your symptoms point towards it. So yes as soon as possible go see a doctor so that he can perform a check up.

I hope this helped.
