What Causes Headaches Along With Lower Abdominal Pain And Vaginal Spotting?
i had a partial hystorectomy few years ago, but the past few months i have been experiencing headaches, lower abdominal pain and pressure, spotting, and passing blood clots , weight gain, nausea, breast tenderness, fluid leak from breast, fatigue, mood swings, stomach getting bigger, sometimes pain feels like contractions lasting for bout an hour or so. i dont have the money to pay for an answer at the moment

I really appreciate your concern, symptoms are not suggestive of any disease but this could be unrelated with the past history of surgery, if this is partial hysterectomy and having bleeding symptoms then it need to be investigated further, breast tenderness could be due to hormone changes, some how it may be due to some functional disorders if nothing comes out in investigations, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
