What Causes Headaches Along With Dizziness?
I have been experiencing some weird symptoms. I have minor headaches, dizzy spells (pretty bad ones), my face feels like it s on fire (only one side at a time though, first two times it was the left side of my face, now its been my right. Each time my ear on whichever side was hurting was extremely red). Now I am experiencing nosebleeds.

Nasal bleeds along with headache,needs exclusion of hypertension as a cause.
Are you a known hypertensive?Also,nasal causes like DNS(deviated nasal septum) needs to be excluded.Please get an ENT examination done.
