What Causes Headaches Along With Dizziness, Upset Stomach And Frequent Urination?

I have been having headaches for the last 5 or so months. Along with very dizzy almost pass out feeling. Urinating alot and upset stomach along with weakness after eating food with sugar. Not sure what this could mean... I am 27 female, and have had 2 children. One in which I had 6 months ago.

I really appreciate your concern, the most common cause of the headache is the tension headache, or the migraine, these two can be aggravated with some precipitating factors, and it could be hyperacidity, depression, anxiety these could be altogether plays the role.
Try to come out of the stress, be happy, avoid spicy, heavy, greasy food, have more alkali food, exercise would be more helpful.
In female patient it could be due to hormone changes too.
Medication:- Ergotamine can be tried, second is Carbamazepine, I would suggest Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day and it has to be tried first.
