What Causes Headaches Along With Cognitive Impairment?

I am a 52 year old woman who recently had an MRI due to cognitive changes, falling, memory issues. It showed xanthogranulomatous degeneration of the choroid plexus, focus of high T2/FLAIR signal in the right atrium. I have also been having headaches every day which is something new. I am not an alarmist, but I am a realist. My cognitive has gotten really bad. Is there even a slight possibility or Dementia or Alzheimer s?
