What Causes Headaches Accompanied By Dizziness?

I have been experiencing headaches accompanied by dizziness. The room isn t spinning or anything, just a dizziness that makes me feel uneasy. I haven t changed my diet at all and now since earlier this morning I ve been having a slow-sharp throbbing chest pain on the left side/upper-inner portion of my chest. I do suffer from gastritis and heard burn, but I take omeprazole 20.6 MG pills for that. The head aches and dizziness started happening this past Wednesday on new years eve. I don t smoke, drink or do any drugs. I ve got a couple of bulging discs in my neck and lower back, not sure if this has anything to do with it. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Regards, Mike
