What causes headache with pain on eyelid and low fever?

Sir, My wife feels extreme headache and pain on eye lid for last 3 days. Also she feels a low fever from late evening on every day. Apart from this, she has vomiting tendency also. She is 30. Weight - 57kg. She is a migraine patient. Thanks in advance.

Since you have confirmed that your wife has a migraine, I will explain why she is getting the add-on symptoms. In this case, the migraine is associated with a few aura symptoms like eye lid pain and vomiting tendency which is causing the problem.

You can try the following to see if it helps your wife:
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache

Follow up after 5 days. Wish you a speedy recovery.
