What causes headache, stomach upset and muscle pain?

I have a really bad headache, upset stomach, low energy, I m completely unable to focus; it s like my brain is not working anymore I can t think or it makes the headache worse... I feel hot but if I make the AC a little cooler I get goose bumps and body chills. All my muscles hurt and when I sleep at night I spend half of the time just twisting and turning trying to get comfortable; no matter if I sit or stand up or lay down I m never comfortable. everything hurts, I m extremely tired, if I eat something it makes me so nauseous that I vomit. Also I m extremely irritable and have been going through mood swings, it s been 4-5 days now
