The women between 20-40 years , headache is mainly due to chronic gastritis . Improper food timings, skipping meals, inadequate chewing due to rush hour, inadequate quantity are all main factors causing gastritis. it may take few years to cause these symptoms. similarly symptoms take long duration for settling down after therapy. Avoid as stated above. Take PPI with or without prokinetic drugs for a while, if not reduced check with gastroenterologist. Take care
